Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If you are dissatisfied or have any issue at all, please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss the best option. I do not accept returns or exchanges based on wrong size, please know your size before ordering and read descriptions. Custom items are nonrefundable.
